During the wintery truffle season in McLaren Vale, we welcome you to indulge in a flight of delicately designed and decadent canapés loaded with Black Perigord Truffle, paired alongside a selection of treasured limited-release wines from the Maxwell Cellar.

TRUFFLES
Indulge your senses with a flight of three mouth-watering canapés which feature the delicious Black Perigord Truffle. These have been curated by Executive Chef Fabian Lehmann of our Maxwell Restaurant, which was recently awarded the best regional restaurant in South Australia.

TREASURES
To enrich your experience, Mark Maxwell has expertly paired the canapés with limited-release wines that have been treasured over time in the naturally climate-controlled Maxwell Cellar. While enjoying this experience during the chill of truffle season, you can relax and cos up to the open fireplace which warms our McLaren Vale Cellar Door.
