Join Beach Road Wines winemaker Briony Hoare for this tasting, blending masterclass, labelling and bottling session. Groups will create their own bespoke blend, with each participant to return home with a dozen bottles of their new creation.

Briony will begin the day with a chat about the winemaking process and the passion that guides her work. Enjoy a Beach Road Wines flight before learning how to balance acidity, sweetness, tannins and flavours as you blend different varieties to create a truly unique wine.

Finally, have some fun ‘on the tools’ as you bottle and label your own wines, then take them home to impress your friends.

This session includes starter platters showcasing local Fleurieu Peninsula produce and a lunch of Beach Road Wines’ famous wood-fired pizzas, all topped with delicious regional ingredients. One glass of wine per person is included with lunch, as well as tea or coffee to fuel you for the afternoon.
