The team from McLaren Vale’s Swell Brewery is teaming up with the roving Argie Asado for a night of traditional Argentinian barbecue.

Tickets are available through Tasting Australia and include a pint of Swell beer or glass of wine on arrival, followed by three courses prepared with produce from the surrounding Fleurieu Peninsula. Enjoy chorizo sausages with fresh bread, slow-cooked local lamb and beef roasted asado-style over red gum, served with salad and chimichurri. Follow it all up with a delicious homemade dessert.
